The assembly process for tongue & groove is typically completed by cutting one 10' section in half. Start out by laying one 5' section on the ground followed by one 10' section. Take another 10' section and apply to the top of the 5' and 10' sections therefor completing the first joint. Now, follow the same pattern until complete. The left over 5' section from your first cut will be used to complete the conduit run.
Osburn manufactures 3 different styles of split PVC conduit. Tongue & Groove, Split with H-Strip and Snap-Loc. Tongue & Groove is the most popular because of it ability to use standard split fittings.
